About the Course
This course breaks down the various elements of the legal framework, what is diversity, bullying & harassment, the manager's role in protecting individuals and dealing with incidents timely and effectively.
1. Understand Legislation – Diversity, the law and the Equality Act 2010
2. Examine key Case Studies – Exercises on Sexual Harassment, a Gay Man & Cultural
3. review a Diversity Model – Exercise on the completing your own Diversity Model
4. Review of Session – Creating an action plan to embed learning.
All our courses are run by experienced professionals and involve a wide mix of learning methods including presentations, individual/group exercises, video, case studies and skill practice.
