About the Course

This course teaches the skills of effective communication to increase the likelihood of persuading/influencing others to adopt a particular idea or suggestion. Ideal for managers/team members who want to be listened to more and have their ideas/suggestions considered seriously.

Course Objectives:

1. Learn the difference between influencing and persuading

2. Identify key skills in influencing and persuading others in the workplace

3. Understand how assertive communication skills can increase your chances of success

4. Skills practice

All our courses are run by experienced professionals and involve a wide mix of learning methods including presentations, individual/group exercises, video, case studies and skill practice.  All materials and refreshments are included and lunch is provided on full day courses.  Please advise us of any dietary or other needs on the booking form.
