About the Course

Workplace wellness is about organisations and individuals taking a proactive approach to ensuring the health and wellbeing of their workforce. By focusing on the wellness of employees, organisations can help prevent issues with mental and physical health, reducing stress levels and absenteeism and ultimately improving performance. Raising awareness will help encourage people to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. This course is aimed at anyone that needs to develop a heightened awareness of workplace wellness for both the organisation and themselves.

Course Objectives:

1. Define wellness and its importance in the workplace

2. Practice rational and positive thinking

3. Apply the six dimensions of wellness

4. Explain the importance of work-life balance

5. Describe the business case for wellness

All our courses are run by experienced professionals and involve a wide mix of learning methods including presentations, individual/group exercises, video, case studies and skill practice.  All materials and refreshments are included and lunch is provided on full day courses.  Please advise us of any dietary or other needs on the booking form.
