GRIEVANCE AND INVESTIGATION

About this course

This course teaches you all you need to know about how to handle grievance issues effectively from the first informal stage all the way through the formal process. We will also show you how to conduct and manage a fair internal investigation, from gathering and assessing evidence through to presenting findings.

 

Half day course outline

  • Understand what constitutes grievances at work

  • Understand grievance procedures – contractual matters

  • Learn about the ACAS Code of Practice on handling grievances

  • identify how to conduct fair and reasonable investigations

  • How to handle grievance meetings
