About this course

This course will help develop your knowledge and skills when managing or conducting employee discipline and or grievance procedures.

  • Identify purpose and stages of discipline, and what processes you should have

  • Learn how to manage performance effectively

  • Explain how to use discipline effectively to improve performance

  • Learn legal disciplinary procedures and how to handle discipline meetings

The course uses a number of learning methods including a pre-course questionnaire, discussion, DVD, group exercises and role plays.
