Changes to Contracts of Employment
There are significant changes coming into force from April under the Good Work Plan. You will need to ensure your employment contracts are reviewed and updated ahead of April.
Holiday Pay Calculations
The holiday pay reference period of 12 weeks will be increasing.
Parental Bereavement Leave
From April, employers will be obligated to provide a period of paid leave for grieving parents.
Agency Workers Rights
A number of changes come into force to protect the rights of agency workers and give them access to pay equal to that of their permanent counterparts from 12 weeks.
