During October, we welcomed Tracey back to our team! Tracey now heads up our HR support team as HR Services Manager, taking over from Peter who has now retired.
We wanted our followers to get to know Tracey, so we asked her the following questions:
What do you like most about this role?
I am an organiser and really enjoy reviewing and improving our processes and procedures, as well as mentoring and developing the team, ensuring everyone has the tools, skills and knowledge they need to assist our clients.
What piece of advice would you give to a new employer?
Set yourself realistic goals with realistic timelines every day, ask for help if you need it and stay focused on your plan.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Walking – I have 2 big dogs – we love to walk over the hills and far away, especially on a crisp autumn afternoon.
What have you learnt about yourself this year?
Focus on the good stuff – there will always be bad stuff, but if I can’t change it, there’s little point in worrying about it.
