HR consultancy firm, HJS Human Resources, is relocating to a more centralised office space at Cross Keys House on Queens Street next month, as a result of record growth. The team has already welcomed 3 new employees so far this year in response to an increased customer base.
HJS will be saying goodbye to Enterprise House in Cherry Orchard Lane which has been home to the firm from its early days as a start-up business in 2012.
HJS Human Resources began life as Access2HR by owners Dan and Mel Jenkins in 2010. With previous experience in management and HR across a number of sectors and leaving a role as Director of HR Services at another consultancy, Dan understood that growing SMEs were struggling to access affordable, qualified HR support and advice from people who know and understand them and their businesses.
Growth and expansion for HJS Human Resources
The response from the market has been phenomenal and services from HJS Human Resources have expanded to offer a full suite of outsourced HR support and management solutions. From creation and updates of essential HR documentation, through to having dedicated management from an experienced HR adviser, SMEs with ambitions to grow can focus on the task in hand, knowing they are compliant with UK employment law. Clients can access the expertise they need without the hassle of searching elsewhere, from a dedicated team of people who get to know them personally.
Taking up two offices at Enterprise House, the time has come for the team to find a new home which accommodates their recent growth and with room for more. Keen to remain in the heart of the city which has supported its journey so far, Dan secured space at the recently renovated Cross Keys House in Queens Street. The building has been completely renovated by office workplace specialists Regus, and the team move in on 1 September.
Speaking about the move managing director Dan Jenkins said:
“Salisbury has been the home of our business since day one, and I’m delighted to be able to continue this journey of growth here. Our business has grown considerably over recent years and we now have a team of six consultants and advisors, supported by an increased team of administration staff. The majority of our staff live within the local area. Salisbury is a great pool of talented individuals. I hope that with our more centralised location we’ll be able to work with more growing businesses across Salisbury. We’ll certainly be having an office-warming party, more details to be released soon!”
Robin McGowan, Chief Executive of Salisbury Business Improvement District (BID) said: “HJS is a fast-growing, dynamic company that has seen first-hand why Salisbury is an ideal place to do business in. Their decision to take up new office space in the city centre is further proof of the underlying strength of our economy. It’s great to see a Salisbury company go from strength to strength and we’re delighted to welcome them to Cross Keys House.”
HJS will be settling into their new home at Cross Keys House from 1 September. In the meantime you can arrange for a confidential discussion about your HR management needs by contacting us here or calling 01722 325 833.
